The project addresses the problem areas relating to the ship and port components by proposing organizational system improvements in addition to technical innovations. These include, on the one hand, the new type of refueling of ships during the voyage associated with the switch to electro-mobility, as well as an upstream main transshipment point (offshore hub), which manifests a separation of inland and ocean-going vessels in an efficient interface.
